When I was 30, muscle spasms were a regular occurrence for me. With the help of a great chiropractor, the spasms became only a yearly occurrence. But I still walked with a limp, and I could still feel the instability in my back.

What if you didn’t have to live with back pain?
I am just a normal guy who knows what it is like to have chronic back pain. Waking up in the middle of the night and deciding whether my discomfort was worth going through the pain of rolling over. Laying my baby down
hoping that bending over wouldn’t trigger a spasm. Telling my kids, “Sorry,
Dad can’t wrestle right now.”
With help from my chiropractor, most of my spasms went away. But it left me walking with a limp, and I would still get about one spasm a year. My back was manageable, but I wanted freedom.
Over the years, I have talked to doctors and physical therapists. I listened to interviews and read books. I experimented on myself. All this in pursuit of freedom from back pain.
I don’t think you should have to duplicate my years research and experiments, hoping to overcome back pain.
As a result of using this workout in my morning routine, my limp disappeared,
and I feel great. My back is strong, stable, and pain free.
Not too long ago, I saw a contractor limping and wearing a back brace on my jobsite. After speaking with him, I gave him a few of these stretches. A few months later, I saw him at a different jobsite. When he saw me, yelled, “Man, I don’t need to wear my back brace anymore!”
